About Poki2
Poki2 is a free browser games network built for instant play. This page explains who runs Poki2, how we review games, and how to contact our editorial and technical teams.
Our Mission
Poki2 exists to make high-quality browser games accessible to everyone, everywhere — at school, at the office, or relaxing at home. We believe that great online games should be free to play, impossible to miss because of geographic restrictions, and zero-effort to start: no download, no account, no waiting.
Since launching in 2023, Poki2 has grown from a single game portal into a network of specialized sites covering everything from classic arcade action to school-safe unblocked titles. We maintain every site in the network ourselves, hand-curating each game library to keep quality high and load times fast.
The Poki2 Network
Today the Poki2 network consists of three live sites, together hosting over 1,000 games, with five more portals in active development:
- Poki2 Play (play.poki2.online) — Our flagship game portal with 200+ hand-picked HTML5 games across action, puzzle, racing, sports, and adventure categories.
- AZ Games (azgames.poki2.online) — 300+ games organized from A to Z, including IO multiplayer, clicker, and 2-player titles.
- Unblocked G+ (unblocked-games-g-plus.poki2.online) — 474+ school-safe unblocked games that work on restricted networks and Chromebooks.
Additional portals focusing on kids' games, racing, puzzle, IO multiplayer, and stickman action are currently under development and will launch throughout 2026.
How We Select Games
Every game in the Poki2 network goes through a manual review before it appears on any of our sites. We check that:
- The game loads in under 5 seconds on a standard broadband connection.
- Controls are responsive and work on both keyboard/mouse and touchscreen.
- The content is appropriate for the target audience of the specific site.
- The game does not contain intrusive pop-ups, deceptive UI, or misleading mechanics.
- The game iframe is either self-hosted or sourced from a trusted partner under appropriate licensing.
We re-review games at least once every six months to ensure they still meet our standards. If a previously approved game introduces ads inside the game window, deceptive update prompts, or age-inappropriate content in a later update, it is removed from the network. Our review queue is ongoing — we typically evaluate 20 to 30 new candidates every month and publish the best.
Our Team
Poki2 was founded in 2023 by a small team of independent web developers and lifelong browser-game fans. Our editorial lead has been playing and reviewing browser games since the Flash era, and our engineering team has built and maintained large-scale gaming portals for over eight years.
We are a fully remote team with members in the United States and Southeast Asia. We do not have a large corporate structure — which means faster decisions, a genuine passion for the games we feature, and a direct line of communication with our players. If you spot a broken game, a bug, or simply want to say hello, we read every message sent to our contact form.
Editorial team: Our game recommendations and blog articles are written by editors who play every title they cover. We do not accept guest posts, sponsored placements, or affiliate-paid reviews. An editor's byline on an article means they spent meaningful time with the game and reached their own conclusions — no exceptions.
Technical team: Our developers are responsible for site performance, security, and the build pipeline that keeps each portal up to date. We monitor Core Web Vitals monthly and aim for a Lighthouse performance score above 90 on every page.
Editorial Standards
We apply the same editorial standards to blog articles that we apply to game curation. Every guide and recommendation piece must be based on direct, hands-on experience with the games discussed. We do not use AI-generated game descriptions, developer marketing copy, or content written by people who have not actually played the titles in question.
When we link to our own portals (AZ Games, Poki2 Play, Unblocked G+), we do so because those portals genuinely host the game being discussed. We link to external sources, including competitor portals, when they host a game we cannot. Our goal is to help readers find the best version of every game, not to funnel all traffic to our own properties.
Articles are reviewed and updated when game catalogues change, when new entries in a series launch, or when reader feedback identifies errors. The "Last updated" date at the top of each article reflects the most recent substantive revision, not a cosmetic change.
Advertising & Revenue
All Poki2 sites are free to use and supported by display advertising. Ads may appear on page margins and between content sections. We do not show ads inside active game iframes, and we do not use pop-up or pop-under advertising.
We may also earn referral revenue if you click on certain partner links. These are clearly labelled and do not affect our editorial independence — we never recommend a game because we are paid to do so.
Advertising is powered by Google AdSense. You can manage your ad personalisation preferences through our cookie consent banner or by visiting Google Ad Settings. For more information on how we handle data related to advertising, see our Privacy Policy.
Content Ownership & DMCA
Game content hosted on our servers was either created by us, licensed from partners, or embedded with the permission of the original developer. If you believe content on any Poki2 site infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy and submit a removal request to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 72 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Poki2 free to use?
Yes. Every game on every site in the Poki2 network is completely free to play. We do not require an account, a subscription, or any payment. The sites are supported by display advertising, which you can read more about in the Advertising & Revenue section above.
Are the games safe for children?
Our main portals (poki2.online, azgames.poki2.online, play.poki2.online) are intended for users aged 13 and over. Unblocked G+ hosts content selected for general school-appropriateness with no violence above cartoon level. We are developing a dedicated kids.poki2.online portal with content curated for ages 4–12 and stricter advertising standards, launching in 2026.
How do I report a broken game?
Use our contact form and include the game name and the site where you found it. Our technical team checks reports daily and typically fixes broken embeds within 48 hours. Games that can no longer be repaired (e.g., developer has shut down their server) are removed from the catalogue.
Can I suggest a game for inclusion?
Yes — send your suggestion to our contact form with the game name and a link. We evaluate every submission against our curation criteria. If your suggested game passes review, it will be added to the appropriate portal. We cannot guarantee a response to every submission, but every one is read.
Do you accept advertising partnerships?
For direct advertising enquiries, email [email protected]. We consider partnerships that align with our audience — gaming peripherals, game development tools, and gaming-adjacent software are the strongest fit. We do not accept advertising for gambling, adult content, financial products, or cryptocurrency.
