By accessing any website in the Poki2 network — including poki2.online, play.poki2.online, azgames.poki2.online, and unblocked-games-g-plus.poki2.online — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

The browser games available on our sites remain the property of their respective game developers and publishers. We either embed games with permission, through licensing arrangements, or in compliance with the original developer's distribution terms. 4. Third-Party Content & Links
Our sites contain links to third-party websites and embed content (games, assets) from third-party sources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
5. Advertising
Our sites are free to use and supported by advertising. By using our sites, you acknowledge that advertising is served on site pages. You agree not to use ad-fraud tools or techniques designed to generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks on our sites.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Poki2 network is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not use our services without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under your care has provided personal information on our sites, please contact us at [email protected] so we can remove such information promptly.
Our dedicated kids.poki2.online portal (currently in development) will operate under a separate, stricter privacy framework designed specifically for users under 13, with no behavioural advertising, no data collection, and parental controls.
12. Accessibility
We are committed to making our sites as accessible as possible. Our pages target WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, including keyboard navigability, sufficient colour contrast, semantic HTML structure, and screen reader compatibility. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any Poki2 site, please report it via our contact form. We treat accessibility reports as high-priority bugs and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
Browser games embedded on our sites are provided by third-party developers and their accessibility varies. We cannot guarantee that all embedded game content meets accessibility standards, though we do prefer games with keyboard-accessible controls when evaluating new additions to our catalogue.
13. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Poki2 with respect to your use of our sites and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written.
